1] This Civil Application is for restoration of the appeal which came to be dismissed for default for non removal of the office objections. There is also request for condonation of delay of 111 days in filing this Civil Application.

2] Considering the averments made in the application, the delay is condoned and the Civil Application is allowed. The Second Appeal is restored to its original file, subject to deposit of costs of Rs.5,000/- in this Court within a period of two weeks and further subject to condition that office objections be removed within that period.
