This appeal is preferred by Defendant No.2 challenging the judgment and decree dated 08/04/2015 passed by the Bombay City Civil Court, Mumbai in LC.Suit No.303/2007 directing the Appellant Defendant No.2 to pay Rs.10,00,000/- with 9% p.a. interest from 13/10/2005 till its realization to the Plaintiff. 4.

Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the Appellant, I am satisfied that the Appellant has made out a case for admission of the appeal.
