Heard the learned founsel for the parties.

Respondent No.2 i.e. the Revenue Minister, Revenue and Forest Department, Mantralaya shall within a period of four weeks from today hear and defide the Revision Applifation fled by the Petitioners on 15.06.2021 (Exhibit-B to the Writ Petition ).

The Sub-Divisional Offer, Thane shall not profeed with the hearing of R.T.S./Appeal No. 218/2018 pending before him until the Revision Applifation is fnally defided by the Respondent No.2 and for a period of two weeks thereafter if the order passed in Revision Applifation is against the Petitioners.
