By this application, the applicant seeks expeditious hearing of his Appeal being Criminal Appeal No.903 of 2015. 2.

Learned Counsel for the applicant states that the applicant has been in custody since 4th October, 2011 i.e. for more than 6 years and that

2/2 31-appa.847.2017 the applicant has completed more than 50% of his sentence. He prays that the hearing of his appeal be expedited and peremptory date be fixed for hearing and final disposal of his appeal.

Considering the fact that the applicant has undergone more than 50% of the sentence, Criminal Appeal No. 903 of 2015, be placed for 'Final Hearing and Disposal' at the end of the Admission Board on 21st August, 2017.

The Application is accordingly disposed of.
