The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that after filing of the writ petition, on 3rd October 2022 the Member at Central Government Industrial Tribunal (CGIT)-cum-Labour Court is appointed. The counsel submits that the complaint filed by the petitioners is pending since 2014. The petitioners are out of service. The complaint be directed to be decided within time bound manner.

We have heard the learned counsel for the parties. Since the complaint is pending since 2014, endeavour shall be made to decide the complaint of the petitioners expeditiously and if possible, within a period of six months.
