This petition is filed for transfer of investigation in C.R.No.283 of 2012 registered with Crime Branch, Bhiwandi, to C.B.I. Learned APP Mrs. Deshmukh, on instructions, makes a statement that investigation in the said C.R. has already been completed and after completion of investigation, abated summary is filed in view of the death of the accused, before the learned Magistrate. Statement is accepted. 4.

In view of statement of learned APP, nothing survives for consideration in this petition and the same is accordingly dismissed as such.
