Having heard Mr. Patil appearing for the applicant and perusing the application, we do not think that the applicant deserves to be enlarged on bail pending the disposal of the appeal. The Court below has appreciated and appraised the evidence on record, including the role of the present applicant in the crime. Once the deceased was put to death and there is a role ascribed to this applicant, then, we do not consider his case as fit enough for enlarging him on bail.

The application is, accordingly, dismissed.
