Heard learned counsel appearing for the applicant. The applicant has filed this civil application for setting aside the order dated 31st January,2018 passed by the learned Registrar (Judicial-I) and seeks condonation of delay of 68 days in filing the present civil application.

Learned counsel appearing for the applicant states that all the office objections would be removed within two weeks from today. Statement is accepted.

For the reasons recorded in the civil application, civil application is made absolute in terms of prayer clauses (b) and (c). Writ Petition (St) No.12635 of 2017 is restored to file on the condition that the applicant removes all office objections within two weeks from today. It

kvm 2/2 38-CAW1248.18 is made clear that if the office objections are not removed within the time prescribed, writ petition to stand dismissed without further reference to court.
