However, an oral undertaking is given to this Court by Counsel for the Applicant that sureties, as directed, shall be furnished within a period of eight weeks from today. The oral undertaking is accepted. In case if sureties are not furnished within eight weeks, Investigating Officer shall forthwith take the Applicant in custody, thereby resulting in cancellation of bail of the Applicant without further reference to the Court.
