Learned counsel appearing for the parties have brought to my notice that though by judgment dated 21st December,2018 passed by this court, this court had directed the Office to transmit the papers and proceedings of Writ Petition No. 13766 of 2018 to the Aurangabad Bench of this court expeditiously, the papers and proceedings have not been transmitted so far by the Office. On this ground, learned counsel for the original petitioners seeks continuation of the ad-interim order passed by this court on 13th June, 2018 and continued by an order dated 21st December,2018 for some time.

Ad-interim order passed by this court on 13th June, 2018 and continued by an order dated 21st December,2018 to continue till 28th January,2019.

Office is directed to transmit the papers and proceedings of this writ petition within one week from today.
