Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that there are subsequent developments in the matter to the effect that the petitioner was terminated after filing of this petition. The petitioner, against the order of said termination has already preferred an appeal, to the School Tribunal, Kolhapur. Therefore, he seeks leave to withdraw the petition.
