By this petition, the petitioner seeks a direction to the respondent No.5, to register an FIR.

Learned APP, on instructions, states that the petitioner has addressed a complaint dated 24th May 2022 to the respondent Nos.2 to 5. She submits on instructions, that after the police records the petitioner's statement, they will look into the said complaint N. S. Chitnis 1/2

17-wp.2603.2022.doc and will communicate the decision taken thereon, to the petitioner. She submits that the said decision will be taken within three weeks of the petitioners' statement being recorded. Statement accepted. 3.

In view of the aforesaid statement made by the learned APP, on instructions, nothing survives for further consideration in this petition.

The petition stands disposed of accordingly. 5.

We make it clear, that we have not gone into the merits of the petition.
