After arguing the matter for some time, learned Counsel for the Petitioner prays for withdrawal of the petition with liberty to avail appropriate remedy as available under the law on the backdrop of the documents placed on record at page 171.

The writ petition is allowed to be withdrawn with liberty as prayed for and disposed of as such. We further make it clear that in case the Petitioner approaches to the competent court of jurisdiction by availing the appropriate legal remedies, the fact that the Petitioner had approached this court and the petition was pending in this court, may be considered in proper perspective.
