2] By this Petition filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, the Petitioner has prayed for the following reliefs:
(a) That a prayer and fit person or Court Receiver, High Court, Bombay be appointed as Receiver in respect of the suit premises with all powers under Order XL of the Code of the Civil Procedure, 1908. (b) That pending the hearing and final disposal of this Petition, the interim Court Receiver be kindly granted to the Petitioner.
(c) That the Meghwadi police station be directed to ensure compliance of injunction order dated 14/08/2019 from the respondents.

Vishal Parekar 927-wp-6282-2019 3] The grievance of the Petitioner is that he has filed the application dated 10th May, 2019 at Exhibit C (page Nos. 26 to 30) inter alia praying for appointment of the Court Receiver, High Court, Mumbai and/or any other fit and proper person as receiver in respect of the suit premises and all the movables found therein. The grievance of the Petitioner is that the said application is not yet disposed of. The grievance of the Petitioner can be redressed by directing the trial Court to dispose of the application in a time bound manner.
4] Hence, the Petition is disposed of with direction to the trial Court to dispose of the application dated 10th May, 2019 at Exhibit C (page Nos. 26 to 30) within four weeks from today.
5] All parties including the trial Court to act on the authenticated of copy of this order.
6] It is made clear that I have not examined the merits of the case.
7] Order accordingly.
