The present application is filed for recalling of the order dated 28.4.2016 passed by this Court in Bail Application No.933/2015. By the said order, the applicant was granted liberty to file a fresh application for bail if the trial does not conclude within a reasonable time. It is submitted that the concerned learned APP made an incorrect statement and due to which his application for bail was not considered. 2.

Be that as it may, by the said order dated 28.4.2016 this Court has granted liberty to the applicant to file a fresh application for bail, if the trial does not conclude within a reasonable time. 2.

After perusing the present application it appears that, it is in the form of review of order dated 28.4.2016 which is not permissible under the law. 3.

The application is misconceived and is accordingly dismissed. (A.S. GADKARI, J.)
