By the impugned order dated 13th June, 2017 passed by the Learned Metropolitan Magistrate, 33rd Court at Bellad Pier, Mumbai in C.C. No. 307/SS/2014, the Learned Magistrate has issued non-bailable warrant against the Petitioner Accused.

The learned counsel for the Petitioner-Accused, upon instructions, assures this Court that she shall regularly attend the Court below and shall not indulge in delaying tactics.
