We have heard the learned counsel for the Petitioner N.S. Kamble page 1 of 3

and the learned counsel for Respondent No.2.

The Petitioner is challenging the validity certificate issued in favour of Respondent No.2.

It is not disputed that pursuant to the complaint of the present Petitioner the Committee has issued Show cause notice to Respondent No.2 and the Respondent No.2 has taken up the proceedings against the same before this Court. 4.

In light of that the present Writ Petition has served its purpose. Nothing would survive for adjudication in the present Writ Petition. The Petitioner is already a party in a Writ Petition filed by Respondent No.2.

The Petitioner can raise all the contentions in Writ Petition filed by Respondent No.2.

In view of the above, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.

It is needless to say that we have not considered the present petition on merits and all contentions of all the parties are kept open.
