By this application, the applicant has sought to condone the delay of six months in filing the first appeal, against the judgment and award dated 18th July, 2013 passed in (WCA) No. 927/C-309 of 2007 passed by the Commissioner for Employees Compensation and Judge, 6th Labour Court, Mumbai.

In view of the reasons stated in para 5 of the application, which in my considered view constitute sufficient grounds, the delay in pps
