Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as also learned AGP for Respondent No.3.

The petitioner is working as the Health Supervisor with respondent No.2. Feeling aggrieved by his transfer from Uran to Shrivardhan vide order dated 19-05-2017 at Exh.D, the petitioner has filed this petition.

We find that before approaching this Court, the petitioner has not submitted representation against the said transfer N.S. Kamble page 1 of 2

The learned counsel for the petitioner made a statement that the petitioner has already joined at transferred place. He prayed that the petitioner may be permitted to file representation before the respondent No.2 and the respondent No.2 be directed to decide the same as expeditiously as possible. 5.

Keeping in view the aforesaid, the petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to file detailed representation against the impugned transfer order with supporting documents within 10 days from the date of this order.

On receipt of such representation the respondent No.2 shall consider the same and shall take appropriate decision on it in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible and in any case not later than four weeks from the date of the receipt of the same. 7.
