In all these applications filed by the above applicants / petitioners for amendment, the learned counsel for the applicants/petitioners submits that the amendment sought for is in the nature of incorporating certain additional grounds and consequential prayers in the applications. On the backdrop of the recent judgments delivered by the Hon'ble Apex Court as well as the Division Bench of this Court at Aurangabad, as the proposed amendment is based on
legal grounds and factual aspects, and the nature of the applications is not going to change. The respondents would also get an opportunity to file their respective replies on receipt of copies of the amended petitions.

As such, the applications are allowed in terms of prayer clauses (a). Amendment be carried out within two weeks from today. Needless to state that amended copies of the petitions be supplied to the learned counsel appearing for the respective respondents within two weeks thereafter. In case, the respondents are desirous of filing their replies to the amended petition, the same shall be filed within three weeks from today. Rejoinder affidavits, if any, shall be filed within two weeks thereafter.

List all the applications on 17th October 2022 by completing the above referred exercise.
