This Court by Order dated 07.02.2023 passed the Order to place the above Appeal on 03.04.2023, under the caption "For Dismissal". This matter thereafter, appeared on 17.04.2023, however the same could not be taken due to paucity of time. Thereafter, on 29.11.2023, none appeared for the Appellant and today also when the matter was called out none appeared for the Appellant.
