By this petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, the petitioner is seeking direction to the Managing Officercum-Sub-Divisional Officer, Ulhasnagar, to consider and take appropriate decision on the petitioner's various applications/ representations submitted from time to time as referred to in prayer clause (a) of the petition, as expeditiously as possible. 2.

The learned AGP, on instructions, submits that the said authority shall consider and take appropriate decision on the said applications/representations as expeditiously as possible. He further submits that at least 4 months time is required to take

In view of the aforesaid without commenting on the merits of the matter and the petitioner's entitlement, we dispose of this petition by directing the respondent No.4-Managing Officer cum Sub-Divisional Officer, Ulhasnagar, to consider and take appropriate decision on the petitioner's applications/ representations as expeditiously as possible, but in any case not later than 4 months from the date of receipt of copy of this order. 4.

With the aforesaid direction, the Writ Petition stands disposed of.
