Heard the learned counsel for the applicants. 2.
This application is preferred as the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Niphad declined the prayer for interim relief and posted the matter on 23rd May, 2022, post notice to the respondentState. 3.
When the matter was listed before this Court yesterday, learned APP was directed to take instructions as regards the stage of Bail Application No. 168 of 2022 before the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Niphad.

Learned APP submits that it is posted on 4th July, 2022. 5.
The learned counsel for the applicants made a grievance that the matter has been adjourned, on six occasions, for default on the part of the investigating agency to file reply to the application. Vishal Parekar ...1

Learned APP submits that the investigating officer would file say to the application pending before the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Niphad on 27th June, 2022 and the matter can be taken up on 27th June, 2022.

Learned Additional Sessions Judge, Niphad is requested to prepone the Bail Application No. 168 of 2022 and list it on 27th June, 2022.

The investigating officer shall file say to the application on 27th June, 2022, before noon.

Application stands disposed.
