The petitioner is permitted to delete respondent no. 6. Amendment be carried out forthwith.

Learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for respondent no. 3 have tendered consent terms stating that the disputes between the parties subject matter of the present proceedings stands settled in terms of the consent terms. The consent terms are signed by the petitioner and the President of respondent no. 3. The signatories to the consent terms are stated to be present in the Court and are identified by their respective advocates. There is no 13 February, 2023

5.WP5363_2010.DOC dispute in regard to the signatures as made in the consent terms. The consent terms are taken on record and marked "X" for identification. The undertaking, if any, stands accepted.

Needless to observe that if any proposal is forwarded to the Education Officer by the State Government, the same shall be decided as expeditiously as possible and in any event within a period of two months from the date the proposal is submitted.

The petition is disposed of in terms of consent terms. No costs. 5.

In view of disposal of Writ Petition, Civil Application as well as Interim Applications do not survive and the same are accordingly disposed of. G. S. KULKARNI, J 13 February, 2023
