Pursuant to the order dated 20.6.2018, the learned Senior Counsel appearing for Respondent Nos.11 and 12, makes a statement, on instructions, that suggestion No.1 as incorporated in the order dated 20.6.2018 by this Court is agreeable to respondent Nos.11 and 12. The learned Counsel appearing for the petitioners has no objection.

It is made clear to the parties that the order passed by the High Court on 1.9.2015 thereby granting ad-interim relief by way of directing the parties to maintain status quo as on date, is in force

With this, the Writ Petition is disposed of. Parties to cooperate.
