The learned counsel appearing for the Petitioners states that during the pendency of this Petition, the chargesheet has been already filed. The prayer in this Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India is for quashing the First Information Report. As the chargesheet has been already filed, the prayer for quashing the FIR cannot be entertained. Accordingly, the Petition is disposed of. However, the remedies of the Petitioners are kept open. All contentions of the Petitioners on merits are kept open.
