Heard Ms. Aunsha Amin, learned counsel for the appellants, Mr. N.V.Walawalkar, learned Senior Counsel for respondent no.1 and Mr. K.S.Dewal, learned counsel for respondent no.27. 3.

Ms. Amin has tendered communication dated 31.1.2015 addressed by the appellant to its Advocate along with Consent Terms between plaintiff and defendant no.27 entered in Special

2 AO/ 692 /2014 Civil Suit No.485 of 2013. The same are, collectively, taken on record and marked "X" for identification.

Ms. Amin seeks permission to withdraw the Appeal from Order. Mr. Walawalkar and Mr Dewal have no objection. 5.

In view thereof, on the motion made by Ms Amin, Appeal from Order is allowed to be withdrawn. In view of withdrawal of Appeal from Order, Civil Application No.829 of 2014 for stay does not survive and the same is disposed of.
