P.C. :- P.C. :- The learned APP Mrs. Pai on the basis of the reports of Shri S.H.Patil, Police Sub-Inspector, Kalwa Police Station states that after investigation, a report has been filed under Section 169 of the Cr.P.C. in respect of both the C.R.s being I-70 of 2017 registered under Section 379 of IPC with Kalwa Police Station and C.R.No.93 of 2017 registered under Section 379 of IPC also registered with the same police station. In view of the said report submitted in the Trial Court, the above Applications seeking quashing of the aforesaid two Shivgan
