We are inclined to dispose of the present Writ Petition, as the statement is made by the learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner that along with others, the Petitioner has also filed Appeal before the District Collector, Thane-Respondent No.1, and also prayed for protective relief till the decision of the Appeal. All these Appeals are pending for hearing.

ssm 2 902-wp6422.13.sxw Therefore, in view of the order passed by this Court in Abdul Rauf Sattar & Ors. Vs. Executive Engineer, Public Works Department, Thane & Ors. (Writ Petition No. 4364 of 2013) dated 6 May 2013, we are also inclined to direct the Appellate Authority to dispose of the Appeal filed by the Petitioner, as early as possible, in accordance with law. Till the disposal of the Appeal, no coercive steps be taken based upon impugned notice dated 12 April 2013. The protection to continue further two weeks, if adverse order communicated to the Petitioner.
Writ Petition is disposed of, with liberty.
Rule disposed of accordingly. No costs.
The parties to act on the basis of an authenticated copy of this order.
