Learned counsel for the Petitioner, on instructions, states that if liberty is granted to the Petitioner to submit an appropriate representation to the Corporation seeking withdrawal of the lease in V A Tikam 1/2

WP- 5774 of 2015.doc question, the Petitioner would seek leave of this Court to withdraw the Petition. Leave to withdraw the petition with liberty as prayed for is granted.

We direct that if any representation is made by the Petitioner to Respondent Nos.2 and 3 within two weeks from the receipt of the order, the same shall be appropriately considered and decided by the Respondent Nos.2 and 3, in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of four weeks from the date of filing of the representation.

Petition is disposed of in the above terms. 5.

Writ Petition No. 7747 of 2016 and Writ Petition No.9890 of 2017 be kept on 6th September, 2023.
