By Order dated 06.12.2016 passed by this Court, Petition was disposed of and Respondent No.1 was directed to file Additional Written Statement within six weeks from the receipt of the amended plaint.

This matter is moved by way of a praecipe dated 24.02.2017 for extension of time in filing Additional Written Statement. 5.

Mr. Pardiwala has tended a photocopy of the Additional Written Statement of Defendant No.1 which is duly verified on 22.02.2017. Same is taken on record and marked as "X" for identification. Mr. Pardiwala has served a copy of the Additional Written Statement on Mr. Ranbir Singh. He states that he will file Additional Written Statement of Defendant No.1 in the trial Court on the next date of hearing i. e. 05.04.2017.

In view thereof, time stipulated in the Order dated 06.12.2016 for filing the Additional Written Statement is extended upto and inclusive of 05.04.2017.
