Having heard learned senior counsel and the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respective parties, we are of the opinion that presence of the Applicant is necessary to decide the lis between the parties as raised in the above writ petition. Besides, the Applicant would be affected by the outcome of this writ petition. We, therefore, allow this application and permit the Applicant to intervene in the above writ petition. The Petitioner shall carry out necessary patilsr 1 / 2

amendment in the writ petition so as to implead the present Applicant as party Respondent in the writ petition and shall serve copy of the amended petition on the added Respondent. That exercise be done within two weeks from today. Let the writ petition come up on board on 10th December 2018.
