1] This is an application for extension of time to furnish surety. By an Order dated 16th April 2018, the applicant was directed to be released on bail in the sum of Rs.25,000/- and to furnish surety within a period of six weeks from his release from jail.

2] The learned Counsel for the applicant submitted that, the wife of the applicant delivered a child and due to which the applicant could not furnish surety before the Trial Court in stipulated period. 3] In view thereof and for the reasons stated in the application, the application is allowed in terms of prayer clause 6(i).
