P.C.:- Smt. Sangeeta S. Sonawane, Respondent No.1 appears in person and submitted that, she has complied with the Order dated 25th August, 2021 and peaceful possession of the suit premises has been handed over in favour of the Petitioner on 30th August, 2021 at 4.15 p.m.. She made a grievance that, the Petitioner has singed the acknowledgment of the possession receipt and has put a date of 31st August, 2021. Mr. Sawant, learned counsel for the Petitioner submitted that, it was an inadvertent mistake and the same will be rectified. He further submitted that, the Petitioner has deposited rent/license fee @ Rs.18,000/- 1/2

ssm 2 3-cp192.21.doc per month as has been directed by this Court in paragraph No. (iii) of Order dated 9th September, 2019, in the account of Respondent No.1 upto the month of September, 2021. That the Petitioner will continue to pay rent/license fee @ Rs.18,000/- per month from the month of October, 2021 and the said amount will be directly deposited in the account of Respondent No.1 on or before 20th day of every month. The said statement is accepted. In view thereof, nothing further survives in the Contempt Petition and is accordingly disposed off.
