For the reasons set out in Civil Application (ST) No. 20272 of 2019 and Civil Application (ST) No.15946 of 2018, the following order is passed :

(i) Delay in filing the Civil Application (ST) No.20272 of 2019 is condoned.

(ii) Delay in filing Family Court Appeal is condoned. (iii) Family Court Appeal (ST) No.15945 of 2018 is restored to file.

(iv) Civil Application (ST) No.20272 of 2019 and Civil Application (ST) No.15946 of 2018 are accordingly disposed of.

Learned Advocates for the parties now tender Consent Terms dated 9.7.2019 and submit that the same be taken on record, the Family Court Appeal (St) No. 15945 of 2018 be restored to file and disposed of in terms of the consent terms.

The Consent terms are taken on record and marked "X" for identification. The same are signed by the appellant and the respondent who are present in Court and also by their respective Advocates. In view thereof, decree of divorce is set aside and the Family Court Appeal is disposed of in terms of the Consent Terms marked "X".

In view of the disposal of Family Court Appeal, nothing survives in Civil Application (St) No. 15948 of 2018 and the

same also stands disposed of.
