By this application the Applicants seek condonation of delay of 264 days in filing the present Appeal. Notices have been issued. Respondents are served. None appears for the Respondent No.1 to 4 - original Plaintiffs. Respondent Nos.5, 6 and 7 are represented. No reply is filed. The cause for delay has been stated in the Application. This cause at present has gone uncontroverted because of non-filing of any reply. The Civil Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a). It is however made clear that the conduct of the Appellants in approaching this Court late with this Appeal will be
