This petition has been preferred against the order of Central Administrative Tribunal, Bombay Bench at Mumbai in O.A. No. 178 of 2015 which was preferred by the petitioner. In the said Original Application, the petitioner had challenged the show-cause notice dated 7.1.2015 whereby the respondents sought to terminate the petitioner's services as well as his appointment on the ground that his father who was working in

The said Original Application came to be disposed of by order dated 6.4.2018 by observing that the Original Application be treated by Respondents as the reply of the applicant (present petitioner) to the show-cause notice and pass appropriate reasoned order thereon.

The said show-cause notice and the above order dated 6.4.2018 are challenged before us. However, it is an admitted fact that the petitioner by order dated 11.6.2018 has been terminated. In this view of the matter, now this petition is infructous and it is disposed of as such. It would be open to the petitioner to challenge the order of termination before the Tribunal.
