This application is filed for condonation of delay of 52 days in filing the Appeal challenging the interim order dated 10th January, 2019 passed by the learned Appellate Tribunal (PMLA) under the provision of section 17(1-A) and 17(4) of the Prevention of Money Laundering Act, 2002.

Learned counsel appearing for the Respondent vehemently opposed the application stating that the reasons mentioned in the Vishal Parekar 1/
15-appa-846-2019.doc application are not satisfactory.

For the reasons stated in the application, the Criminal Application is allowed and the delay is condoned. Criminal Appeal (St.) No. 744 of 2019 - 4.
Copy of the Appeal Memo be served to the learned counsel for the Respondent within one week. Mr. Ashok Singh waives service of notice on behalf of the Respondent.
