The applicants have filed this application for quashing the proceedings bearing CC No.1300683/PW/2013 pending on the file of Metropolitan Magistrate, 13th Court, Bhoiwada, Dadar, Mumbai.

Mrs.Kantharia, the learned A.P.P. appearing for the State states that the charge against the applicants is already framed. The said statement is not disputed by the learned counsel for the applicants.

In the above circumstances, we are not inclined to 1/2

apl591-15-15 interfere in the said proceedings. Suffice to direct the learned Metropolitan Magistrate, 13th Court Bhoiwada, Dadar, Mumbai to dispose of the subject case expeditiously.
