1] Leave to amend. Amendments to be carried out forthwith. 2] Learned Counsel for the respondent Nos. 5 and 6 submits on instructions from Mr. Babar, President of the Respondent No.5 and 6 that the respondent Nos. 5 and 6 shall allow the petitioner to join the service in terms of the order passed by the Assistant Commissioner, Social Welfare, Solapur on 3rd May 2016. He further submits that as regards the direction contained in the said order about reduction in the strength, the State Government is required to act upon the said directions. We expect

YBG 26-wp-6948-16 from the said Authority that they shall proceed in the matter as per the order dated 3rd May 2016 in that behalf. Since the grievance of the petitioner is that he has not been reinstated, we dispose of this petition as the petitioner is allowed to join services. However, it is open for the petitioner to raise his claim for backwages before the appropriate authority.

3] All contentions of the petitioner in that behalf are kept open. Petitioner is directed to join services of respondent Nos. 5 and 6 from tomorrow i.e. 16th December 2016. The respondent Nos. 5 and 6 shall allow the petitioner to join the services and shall resume him on the job. 4] Writ petition stands disposed of.
