1] This is the second Bail Application, the first being sought to be withdrawn on 23.08.2022 when I have expressed my disinclination to entertain the same in the wake of the material compiled in the charge sheet.

2] The second Bail Application is premised on the ground that one year has passed since withdrawal of the earlier application, but till date there is no progress in the trial.

I do not deem it appropriate to consider the Bail Application on this ground since the second Bail Application is permitted to be entertained on the ground of change in circumstances. 1/2

(30)BA-1921-2023.doc 3] The material compiled in the charge sheet persuaded me to decline the request of releasing the Applicant on bail, as it involve serious accusations when the deceased had committed suicide within a period of 7 months of her marriage resulting in invocation of offence under Section 498A and 304B of the IPC.

4] In the wake of aforesaid circumstances, the second Bail Application do not deserve any consideration on merits. Hence, Bail Application stands rejected.
