This Civil Application is filed seeking further stay, for a period of four weeks, to the execution of the impugned Judgment and Decree dated 6th August 2014 passed by the learned Judge of the City Civil Court, Mumbai in S.C. Suit No.7748 of 1998.

By the order passed by this Court on 7th September 2016, this Court has already granted extension to the order of the stay to the execution of the impugned Judgment and Decree, as a last chance, by a period of three weeks from the date of the order, with a further clarification that no further extension will be granted. In such situation, the stay already granted cannot be extended.

Hence, this Civil Application is rejected.
