P.C.:- By an Order dated 19th June, 2017, the Applicants was granted interim relief.

Mr. Mundargi, the learned counsel for the Applicants submitted that during the intervening period the parties herein have amicably settled the matter and have entered into a settlement agreement dated 1st June, 2018. By the said agreement, the Applicants have agreed to pay certain amounts to the first informant M/s. Maheshwari Trading Co.. He submitted that, in pursuance to the said agreement, the Applicants have already made part payment to the first informant. He further submitted that, the Applicants have 1/2

ssm 2 909-aba1029.17.sxw filed a Petition for quashing the present crime by consent, which is pending for the final adjudication before the Division Bench of this Court.

The learned counsel for the first informant conceded to the said facts mentioned by the learned counsel for the Applicants. In view thereof, interim relief granted by Order dated 19th June, 2017 is hereby confirmed. However, the condition to attend MIDC Police Station, Andheri is waived.
