The learned APP has tendered across the bar the report prepared and signed by Superintendent, Kolhaur Central Prison, Kalamba. The same is taken on record and marked "X" for identification. From perusal of the contents of the said report, it appears that the Petitioner after completion of sentence has been released from jail on 07/07/2017.

In that view of the matter, nothing survives for further consideration in this Petition. Hence the Writ Petition stands disposed of.
