The First Appeal is disposed of as withdrawn. The Court fees, if any, be refunded to the appellant as per Rules. The amount of Rs.25,000/- deposited by the appellant towards statutory deposit be transmitted to the Claims Tribunal. The amount of compensation as deposited by the appellant be disbursed to the claimants along with accrued interest as per orders passed by the Claims Tribunal.
