Having heard Mr.Anturkar learned senior counsel appearing for the petitioner, we are of the opinion the the writ petitions can be disposed of by directing the Municipal J.V.Salunke,PS
13-WPST.15077.2019.doc Corporation to consider the memo of these writ petitions as a request of the petitioners to drop all the proceedings under the Maharashtra Regional and Town Planning Act, 1966 and let that request be considered/decided as expeditiously as possible and in any event, within a period of two weeks from the date of the communication of this order.

With the aforesaid direction, the writ petitions are disposed of. Needless to clarify that until that request is decided, no coercive steps, much less to bring down the construction or development, be taken.
