By this Petition, the Petitioners have sought a direction to the Maharashtra State Electricity Distribution Company Ltd to consider the objections while deciding Application for permission/ installation of new electric connection to one Shree Ratanshi Premji Charitable Trust. This trust had filed Writ Petition No.12396 of 2023, wherein the Petitioner had intervened. By the order dated 10 October 2023, the Petition and Intervention Application were disposed of.

The learned Counsel for the Respondent-Company states that even the objections of the Petitioner has been decided and communicated to him. In the light thereof, nothing survives in this Petition. The other controversy, if any, between the parties is kept open.

The Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of. Interim Application is also disposed of.
