The learned APP upon instructions submits that the matter is posted on 17/4/2017 for framing of charge. In view of this, no orders are necessary. The learned Special Judge shall ensure that the accused is produced before the Court on 17/4/2017 for the purpose of framing of charge and thereafter, on all dates failing which the learned Special Judge may take appropriate action.
