These writ petitions dated December 1, 2020 are directed against an interim order dated February 27, 2020 passed by the Debt Recovery Tribunal-II, Mumbai at Vashi.

We are not inclined to entertain these writ petitions, which are directed against an interim order. The petitioner shall be at liberty to raise all points before the tribunal for a decision to be given by it in accordance 1/2
