I have heard the learned counsel for the parties. They point out that the parties have amicably settled the dispute out of the court and the Consent Terms duly signed by the applicant and the Power of Attorney holder of respondent Nos. 1 to 7 is placed on record. The learned counsel admit the correctness of the contents of the Consent Terms. The Consent Terms record that the possession of the suit property has been surrendered as per the Deed of Surrender dated 23.01.2021. The Consent Terms are taken on record and marked "X" for identification.

In view of the Consent Terms, the learned counsel for the applicant on instructions seeks leave to withdraw the civil revision application.
